Body Beautiful
Imagine we are told very early, that we have to maintain the same vehicle through-out our life. We cannot even replace the parts. How will we treat it? Will we be careful driving it ? Get it checked and serviced regularly? Fill top grade gas and oil and everything necessary to keep it in a beautiful condition?
Body is called the temple of the Soul. The only vehicle we have to travel and enjoy Life’s journey. Wish we were as concerned about it as our own car.
The body has 100 000 billion cells, which have grown from one single cell. Isn’t that a miracle? It also a miracle that they survive in spite of all the neglect till they say enough is enough.
It is also a fact that the body renews itself almost every three months. If we pay attention we can not only live a healthy life but also stop aging and if we try harder we can reverse aging. Without going into too much of mysticism, it is normal for a human body to live healthy up to 130 years. Anything less is SUICIDE.
Our body is like a small child craving for attention- tender, loving care. Normally it doesn’t demand anything extra but the moment we neglect it, it cries for attention.
