So, what is inspiration? How does it impact us? And what and who inspires you? Clearly, if nothing else, to be inspired or to focus on something inspirational is all very high vibrational activity, contributing to you feeling like you are living your bliss, finding happiness and a sense of empowerment!.
The word inspire actually has several definitions: 1. To stimulate somebody to do something (encourage somebody to greater effort, enthusiasm or creativity); 2. To provoke particular feeling (arouse a particular feeling in somebody, as inspires optimism); 3. To cause creative activity (to stimulate somebody to do something, especially creative or artistic work); 4 to breathe in (as to inhale air).
For me, personally, that which inspires me (fills me with beautiful spirit) is what touches my heart and my entire being, in a way that motivates or pushes me to want to take some kind of action or to, at least, give thought and consideration to the meaning in my own life of whatever it is that has inspired me. Whatever my inspiration is, it serves my journey in some way, contributing to the forward or upward movement, hopefully, of my soul’s growth – and, most of all, it really feels good!
If you are looking for some bliss and joy, take time to become aware of your sources of inspiration; take time to look for situations, people, experiences and moments which you intuitively know will uplift you and, because they feel so good, you will hold in your heart, where you keep your treasure box of special vibrational memories.
Finding inspiration is so often about the internal meaning you give to an external event, making it, then, something precious and uplifting to you.
To my surprise, I am finding daily, if not moment to moment, inspiration that moves me to tears, through the words and e-mails I am reading. Those of you who watch Oprah know that through the gift of television, you are often inspired by her guests and what they have done or by Oprah and all that she is doing to help the world.
Consequently, I feel empowered and wonderful – and wanted to be able to do even more to bring peace to the world in which we live. I felt, also, a sense of transformation occurring within me and, most important, I feel I was making a difference!

Who Am I ?

On finally knowing who you are, you become a content, happy, deliberate creator of your life. You understand yourself, your life, and humanity as a whole. You feel safe in the universe. You feel at home, having found your spot and purpose. You have peace and power, joy and love for yourself and life in general. Your problems take on a new dimension as you master them. Life becomes pleasant, abundant, peaceful yet lively, and very, very enjoyable! And much, much more.
And once you know who you are, you know what the rest of life is - and beyond. No one can tell you Who You Really Are. Words can only point you in a direction. Only you can take the final step of knowing, experiencing, being, Who You Really Are. Only you. but then again, you were born to do so, you have the inherent ability to do so.
In fact, it is the easiest thing to do, although it appears to be the hardest. Why is it the easiest? Because it takes no time and no effort to be Who You Are

It has been said that illumination, enlightenment, is simply answering and experiencing the answer to the question "Who Am I?" It has also been said that you already are enlightened, and all that is missing is your experience (knowing, being) of it. Experience is often a matter of perspective (fragmented vision), and ultimately a matter of vision (wholesome perspective that takes in all possible perspectives).
Do you have any idea how your mind came up with the thoughts that it now has? Do you not know that your world has manipulated your mind to think as you do? Wouldn't it be better for you to manipulate your mind than for the world to? Would you not be better off to think the thoughts you want to think, than those of others? Are you not better armed with creative thoughts than with reactive thoughts?

PLAN THE DAY & LIVE THE PLAN
Every successful businessman I know (or have read about) gets to work early. It’s such a universal trait of accomplished individuals, I’m tempted to say it is a secret for success. “Early to bed and early to rise,” Ben Franklin said, “makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” I used to think that was propaganda from a Puritan. Now I think it’s an observation from a very wise man.
There is no better time to collect your thoughts and plan your day than early in the morning when the office is quiet. Not only are you undisturbed by phone calls and interruptions, but ahead of you is the potential of an unopened day. The solitude promotes a kind of relaxed, contemplative mood. You feel free to think in an expansive way. Later on, when the place is noisy and the pressure is on, it’s difficult to pay attention to what’s important. You feel your attention drawn in several directions at once. You feel the pressure of deadlines. And you may be hit with bad news, which could put you in a bad, unproductive mood.
A Near Perfect Morning Routine
Over the years I’ve studied hundreds and experimented with dozens of time-saving techniques and organizational systems. The simple three-step program that follows is the best of the best.
Step One: Getting Your Inputs (Time: about 15 – 30 minutes)
Start with your weekly to-do list. (This is derived from your monthly to-do list, which comes from your yearly to-do list, which is a derivative of your five-year Life Goal list – which we talked about yesterday.) On a sheet of paper, jot down anything you need to get done. Make sure you give primary attention to your top goal.
Now scan your email. Don’t read the messages. You will get bogged down if you do. Just give them a quick once-over to see if there is anything waiting for you that may need to be taken care of right away and/or will take some extra time.
Next check phone messages, faxes and your in-box. Don’t respond to anything. Your job is simply to organize it all, to figure out what you will do today and what you can delegate or do later.
When you have done all of this you will have completed the first step of your morning routine. You will have gathered up all the work you might want to do that day. You will already be thinking about much of it. You will not have to worry about forgetting something important. And you will have a realistic idea about how much needs to be done.
Step Two: Sorting and Ordering (Time: 15 – 30 minutes)
Now comes the fun part. Get out a clean sheet of paper – or even an index card – and write the date on top. Referencing all the inputs you have just gathered, select 15 to 20 that you intend to accomplish before the end of the day.
Don’t be unrealistic – there is no way you can do more than 15 or 20 significant things in a 10-hour day. And you don’t need to work more than 10 hours a day to accomplish everything you need.
Of the 15 or 20 items, highlight 4 or 5 of them. These should all be important-but-not-urgent tasks. (The urgent tasks you have to do. The important-but-not-urgent tasks will advance your Life Goals. They are critical to your success, but you will almost certainly fail to do them unless you make them a priority. That’s why you are highlighting them.)
To the right of each item, you might want to indicate how much time you think it will take. (I run a subtotal of the cumulating times to the right of that so there is some relationship between what I want to do and how much time I have to do it.)
As a general rule, it’s a good idea to structure all of your tasks so that none lasts more than an hour. 15-minute and 30-minute tasks are best. If you have something that takes several hours to do, break it up in pieces and do it over a few days. It will be better for the extra time you give it and you won’t get crushed on any one day.
You will have now finished step two. Your day is organized not according to what others want from you but according to what you want from yourself. If you have never done this before it will be a major change.
Step Three: Give Your Day a Boost. (Time: 15 – 60 minutes)
Here’s the best step. Do one of the highlighted tasks. If you can, select a task that will make you feel good. That might be something you enjoy doing (I often write at this time because I enjoy the writing process) or something you really don’t want to do (because it will make you feel so good when it’s done).
Do these three things right away – first thing when you get in (which should be about 90 minutes before everyone else) – and you will have accomplished more by starting time than most people do by lunchtime. (Or all day for that matter since most people see most of their day consumed by unimportant emergencies.)
Success is What Happens When You Do A Little More Each Day Over and Over
Success can come in a single windfall but most often it arrives bit by bit. This is a way for you to give yourself a significant advantage over the people you compete with in life.
It actually gives you three advantages. You get much more done. You have to deal with many fewer unnecessary crises. And, most important, you spend a much greater percentage of your time doing things that move you along toward the goals you desire
A Clever Way To Keep Track . . .
This system can be complemented by a file-indexing system a famously organized newspaper publisher showed me several years ago. It requires two accordion folders. One with a pocket for each month and another with pockets for 31 days.
As you go through your e-mail or read correspondence and memos, put aside anything you want to follow up on. Place it in the pocket of the month in which you intend to address it. When that month arrives, there will probably be thirty or forty sheets of paper stuffed inside, which you can sort through and place in some kind of manageable order in each of the days of the month.
Then, as each day arrives, you simply extract from that day’s pocket the files you’ve placed there. This is a very easy way to keep hold of all your vital data and correspondence without resorting to large, messy stacks of paper.

If our mindset isn't aligned and tuned into the "creative thinking channel", we will severely struggle to find the creative answers we are so desperately searching for.

What is it in the man which produces the result of success?
It is not physical strength, although physical strength may be a great aid; all strong men do not succeed, however, and those who do have the ability to so apply their physical strength as to make it assist in producing the result of success.
It is not intellectual ability, for all intellectually able men do not succeed; those who do have the power to so direct their intellectual ability as to make it assist in the achievement of success.
The potency which makes the successful man, therefore, is the power to so apply physical and mental ability as to produce results.
This power must be an attitude of the man himself. It is not a special gift to a few, nor is it a rudimentary faculty which each may develop; it is a position to be assumed. If his abilities and energies are to be directed, it is the man himself who must direct them; and if he directs them he is the potency which causes success.
Every man has the inherent power to direct his own abilities and energies; and every man is conscious of having this power. It is because he has it that he is capable of growth and progress. To make a successful man, it is necessary to make one who knows what things result in success, and who will direct his energies to do those things; and the first essential to this is that he should assume the attitude of self-direction.
Every man is either self-directing or directed by the suggestions which come from his environment. The man who can is always a self-directing man; the man who is directed by suggestion is the man who cannot.

The man who is directed by suggestion has a "horoscope"; his destiny is decided by heredity and environment; the self- directing man does not allow his thoughts to be dictated by heredity, environment or the stars; he thinks what he wants to think, and if his horoscope does not suit him he makes a better one.
Business success depends upon business policy; business policy can only be formulated by thought; therefore, whether a man succeeds or fails depends upon the way he thinks.
The directed man only thinks the thoughts which are suggested by his environment; and so he can only do what those around him think he can do.

How to Write Your Goals
Within the next hour, you are going to get out of the chair and write yourself a fistful of goals. Here's how:
On a single side of plain paper, write a list of ten things you would like to achieve in your life; five long term, five short term.
The first goal should be something which you cannot complete in your lifetime. This makes you think carefully. It makes you realize what is important to you, and why you are here. The long-range goals stop you being frustrated by short-term setbacks.
You might be very surprised at what you write for this goal - it might have nothing to do with your present life.
As an example, if you are a writer, your goal might read: "One day, every educated adult on the planet will have heard the name Manish Kumar , and have some idea about his philosophy." By the way, that isn't one of my goals because I am not out to save the world - just you! But it is a good example of something that would transcend my lifetime.
The next goal should state an exact amount of money which you will one day have. Again, this is a lifetime goal and should not carry a date. Example: "One day I will have a net worth of ten million dollars." This goal quantifies your dreams of wealth and sets an ultimate target. But before you write this particular goal, spend a few moments considering if you are willing to pay the price. Don't want to pay the price? - then don't write such a grand goal.
After you have finished writing your list, I want you to look at your 'money' goal and answer the question: "What one thing can I do right now, today, which will take me a step closer to this goal?" It could be a simple thing like a telephone call, but write it down as your eleventh goal: "By the end of today I will have................. which will advance me one step closer to my financial dream."
The rest of the sheet is for eight specific time-dated goals. For example: "By January 1st 2004, I will have moved into a four-bedroom, detached house in large grounds."

Buy yourself one of those natty little credit card wallets at some point in the near future. They are small leather wallets with individual clear plastic pockets designed to hold about ten credit cards. Write out your goals onto credit-card sized pieces of white card. You should keep the cards in this wallet and carry them with you always.
Normally, goals are written on a sheet of paper - fine if you live alone; you can leave it lying around to remind you of your goals. But if you have a family, or people coming to visit you regularly, then you don't want these people to see your private dreams. So what happens is that you put the piece of paper away in the drawer - and there it stays for several months! I really like this card idea because it means that you always have your goals with you, and they remain private.

It is about time your marketing and business,your life even, started working out successfully and predictably, isn't it? How are your plans working out? Your marketing plans, your business plans, your product plans, your life plans, and all other sorts of plans? Do they work out exactly or do they resemble a list of things that do not come true?
Often times we hear business, marketing and life gurus tell us that planning and goal setting are the key to creating a successful life. They tell us also to visualize and have vision. That is all well and good. But it is about time someone told us exactly how to exactly set those goals so that our results are exact. And it does not stop there. How do you visualize and think after that? Your goals and visions, in the presence of right thinking and certainty, are the prophecies of what you shall one day become. You are in luck, for this article goes exactly there. It takes you into the ultimate in goal setting and visualization. Here is a most effective technique.
Let us start with the goals and visualization then move on to thinking. These are the goal setting steps to follow. These steps are the same whether you are doing it for your business or for life. In fact, try not to separate your life. Life is a whole, and it works out that way. Separation only exists in the mind at the level of the ego. Make life goals that include your business and marketing. Do not make business goals only by themselves on the side and forget life goals as this will actually short-circuit the business goals. Everything works together as a system. So here we go:
1. List what you would like to have, do and be between now and the next 30 years. List everything you can think of, small and large. Places to visit, things to have, residences, experiences, partners, skills to acquire, things to do, people to meet, projects, charities, health, habits - everything! This is not a list of what you think you can achieve. It is a list of what would give you the most incredible life of you liking, whether you think you can achieve it or not. A life that is unbelievably fantastic for you. Your list should have at least 100 things in there - it is not hard to come up with at least 100 things for 30 years. To be very wealthy, have about 5,000 things - even small details regarding your desires should be in there.
2. For each goal you listed, write the reasons why you wish to have it. If for example you wish to have a large home, write down the reasons why. In other words, what will you do with and in this home? Put drama into it. Reasons empower your goal and make it easier to imagine and visualize and attain it. They give life to it and make the subconscious accept it a whole lot better.
3. Get cuttings from magazines, brochures, the Internet, photographs, etc, of the items in your goals and stick them in your journal. Start a goals and visualizations journal on paper or computer. In it, place pictures of the things you wish to have - cars, stocks, buildings, boats, land, travel, clothes, or anything else. Refer to it often - twice a day is highly recommended. The more real and detailed your visualization and imagination is, the faster and more accurately you will realize your goals. Pictures are very important to have in your life.
4. Everyday, read your list, look at your pictures, and then spend at least 20 minutes twice a day imagining, animating, and visualizing in detail all your goals. If you meditate, and it is highly recommended that you do your goal visualization, do your goals visualization in meditation as well. Meditation puts you closest to The Source, the best place you can be to plant your seed of visions into the field of infinite possibilities and creation.
5. Then, Here, Now, do something that takes you closer to your goal. There is always something to do now, however small. It will open the next step to you, a step that may be unseen until that first act is taken. Every act is an act of self-definition and creation. Act deliberately and with awareness so that each act takes you closer to your goals, not further. Act with purpose.
6. Do everything with gratitude. Think, speak and act with gratitude, the gratitude of knowing you are guaranteed success if you act in the ways of these laws. Gratitude is a statement of certainty. That is power. Be genuinely grateful and excited about the fact that you already have your goals realized, for they will be by universal law, guaranteed, and so they are. This type of gratitude works wonders.
7. Enjoy your fruits, enjoy experiencing your goals when they manifest into your reality! They are sure to do so, guaranteed by universal law. The reason they are guaranteed is that every moment of your life is created by your mind (and in a lesser extent the collective minds of people around you). Your life is images of your mind, expressed, translated and crystallized into form. You are literally the source of your life, although it may not appear so especially if you are not present and aware of your daily thoughts, worries, desires and beliefs. Most people are unconscious and engulfed in their mind in one huge day dream. Wake up and watch yourself!
'I Am....' 'I Am....' No matter what you are trying to create next in your life, find a way of putting it into 'I Am'. For example if you wish to loose weight, do not think or say 'I will loose 10 pounds 'or 'I want to loose 10 pounds'. Instead say, think and write 'I am x pounds now'. Do the same with wealth. The only time that exists in the universe, scientifically and spiritually, is Now. Hence 'I Am'.
Do not worry how your goals will be fulfilled. There are powerful forces at work in all of nature, with infinite intelligence and coordination. Things, people, books, places, TV shows, movies, etc, will start appearing and helping you to achieve your goals. In other words, 'coincidences' will happen. Simply visualize your goals believingly.
The trick is in the details and in consistency. For example, if having a new home is a goal you have, write it down in detail. Write down where the house is located, how many rooms it has, the size of the compound, the size of the home, the furnishings in it, and so on. Then visualize it that way. And do not change your mind - this is very important. Understand that the universe is in activity manifesting into physical form all your thoughts. Every single one of them turns into some amount of physical form somehow and somewhere. If you change your mind, you will be undoing your work. Just hold your thought until it become fully physical.
You are almost done. All that is left now is to know a little bit about creation and thinking, so that you maintain your vigilance and confidence.
All thought has an effect. Therefore, imagine your life exactly as you wish it to be and be it. Become it. Do not let another thought ever come in that contradicts or weakens that vision. If you notice one coming in, immediately block it, change it for a positive one, and declare that you shall never let yourself think something like that again. This is the ultimate in positive thinking. It is focused and filtered. Do the same with your words and actions. Never let anything you say or do go against your vision, your highest wished for life. This is because life is created through thought, word and action, and therefore you must guard all three. Do not stress over this. It may take effort at first but it will soon become normal to you. And if you are in a 'bad' spot, remember that all conditions are temporary, as is the nature of everything in the universe. Conditions do not define you, for you are beyond them. In fact, only you can determine how long you remain in a 'bad' spot by the way you handle that situation in terms of your thoughts, words and actions.
The final thing is to be present. Stop day dreaming all the time. Be present, be here, Now. It is the only time that exists, the only place you can be, the only place where life is. And it is the only place where you can do anything anyway. Be grateful for the present moment, as it resolves itself always at your command, and for that be grateful or else you miss its fruits and 'lessons'. Stop chasing your dreams in your mind, for such a place is a phantom world that does not exist. Instead, call them forth into your present moment, Now.

If you think the way successful people think and adopt their success habits, you too can be successful. Here are seven qualities of the top 1% of successful people.
They are Ambitious. They see themselves capable of being the best. They see themselves with the capacity of being really good at what they do. This was a really big thought for me. It held me back for many years. When I saw people who were doing better than I was, I naturally assumed they were better than I was. And if they were better than I was, then I must be worse than them, so that would mean they were superior and I was inferior. That is a big problem in our society. We have feelings of inferiority, and these feelings of inferiority are often translated into feelings of undeservedness. We don't feel we deserve to be a big success. The word "deserve" comes from two Latin words meaning "from service." You deserve 100% of everything you make and enjoy as long as you get it from serving other people. Your rewards are in direct proportion to your service. If you serve better and serve more and serve at a higher level and serve more enthusiastically and serve a higher quality, then you'll have a wonderful income you'll deserve every penny of it. You must see yourself capable of being the best.
They are Courageous. They work to confront the fears that hold most people back. The two biggest enemies to yours and my success is fear and doubt. Eliminating fear and doubt is the key. The key to eliminating fear: If you want to develop courage, then simply act courageously when it's called for. When you do something repeatedly, you develop a habit. Make a habit throughout your life of doing the things you fear. If you do the thing you fear, the death of fear is certain. To overcome fear of rejection in prospecting, you must realize that rejection in selling is not personal. Top salespeople do not fear prospecting. Face your fear. Do the things you fear. The ability to confront your fear is the mark of the superior person. If you have high ambition and you decide to be in the top 10%, and you can confront your fears and do the things that are holding you back, those two things alone will make you a great success.
They are Committed. The top people in every field, especially the top salespeople, are completely committed. They believe in themselves; they believe in their companies; they believe in their products and services; they believe in their customers; they have an intense belief. We know that there is a one-to-one relationship between the depth of your belief and what happens in your reality. And if you absolutely believe in the rightness and the goodness of what you're doing, you become like a catalyst. You create what is called a transfer, like an electrical transfer of enthusiasm. People like to buy from people who truly believe in what they are doing. People who are not committed to what they do lead very empty lives. The second part is that caring is the critical element in modern selling. Caring is a critical element in life, as well. All men and women who enjoy great lives care about what they do! They have passion about what they do. They love what they do.
They are Professional. Top salespeople see themselves as consultants rather than as salespeople. When you think of the word "consultant," what words come to mind? When do you call a consultant? A consultant is a problem-solver. What word does not appear when you think of a consultant--the word "salesperson". We don't think of consultants as salespeople. The most successful consultants in America are the very best salespeople of their services. When a person is positioned as a consultant in the mind and heart of the customer, he is not seen as a salesperson. Do people like to be sold? Do people like to be helped to improve their lives and work? So they look upon a salesperson as someone who sells them. Selling is something you do "to" someone, and people don't like to be done "to". So when you think of being a consultant, here is the key. How do you position yourself as a consultant with your customers? Of course, you act like a consultant, but even before you get the chance to act like a consultant, you build a rapport. And the most simple answer of all, and this is the most profound principle: People accept you at your own evaluation of yourself. Consultants come in and have a cup of coffee. Salespeople wait in the waiting room and have a glass of water. If you say you're a consultant, your customer will accept you as a consultant. >From now on, position yourself as a consultant. Think of yourself as a consultant. Remember, 80% of what you accomplish on the outside is determined by who you are on the inside. How you see yourself determines how the customer responds to you. The customer's perception of you determines how much they buy and how much they recommend you to other customers.
They are Prepared. They review every detail in advance. To be in the top 10% requires additional efforts. It requires doing things that the average person is not willing to do. It requires making sacrifices the average person is not willing to make. It requires reviewing every detail of every call or situation before every business meeting. But the difference it makes is extraordinary. Before you go into a meeting, do your homework. Successful people are more concerned about pleasing results than they are about pleasing methods. When you sit down with a client, there is nothing more complimentary to a client than the feeling that you have prepared for the meeting.
They are Continuous Learners. They recognize that if they're not continually getting better, they're getting worse. They read, they listen to CDs and they take additional training. The professional never stops learning. So read, listen to CDs, take continuous training.
They are Responsible. They see themselves as President of their own personal services corporation. The top people in our society have an attitude of self-employed. 100% of us are self-employed. We are presidents of our own personal services corporation. You work for yourself. The biggest mistake we can ever make is to think we work for anyone else. We work for ourselves. The person who signs our paycheck may change; our jobs may change, but we are always the same. We are the one constant--we are always self-employed. The fact of the matter is -- this is not optional, it is mandatory -- you are the president of your own company, you're the president of your own career, your own life, your own finances, your own body, your own family, your own health. You are totally responsible. We are responsible. No one will ever do it for us. It's the most liberating and exhilarating thought of all, to think that you're the president of your own life.
Meet the Future You
Imagine walking into a room and meeting the 'you' of ten years from now. What will you be wearing? Where will you be living? What will your lifestyle be like? What car will you be driving? Will you be running a business? If so, how successful will you be? What will your net worth be?
You really only have three choices here about how the ‘you of the future’ will look, and this is where the power of this exercise lies:
Somewhere in between how you are now, and a depressed, broke and scruffy tramp.
An exact clone of how you are now - absolutely nothing has changed in a decade.
A happier, wealthier, healthier version of the ‘you of today.’
Only a suicidal depressive would visualize number one. Number two is effectively saying that nothing will change; you will not grow over the next ten years, you will not get richer, happier, wiser, healthier - anything. The 'you of tomorrow' will be indistinguishable from the 'you of today.'
Having imagined how you will be in the next ten years, here is a really neat trick to help you achieve it.
So that just leaves number three, and if you selected this it remains for you to back this glittering vision of the 'future you' with all the force of your imagination.

Ask yourself the fòllowing questions:
“What do I need to achieve in the next 12 months in order to make my future dream a reality?”
“What do I need to do in the next month to start myself on this journey?”
“What can I do by next week to prepare myself for the journey?”
“What can I do right now, today, in order to start this process off?” Do you see how this works?
You need to dream, but this is not enough. Dreams come a size too large so that you can grow into them and this means that dreams are too large to realize all at once. Our minds are finite, and so all large projects must be broken down into bite-sized chunks otherwise we become discouraged by the scale of the endeavor. This is one of the secret keys of successful people. They are undaunted by large projects,
because they have the knack of breaking them down into simple steps. Each step is easily manageable, and can be completed in anything from a few hours to a few weeks.
In contrast, it is useful to analyze the situation of people who are stuck, both monetarily and in spirit, if only to allow you to avoid these errors. This is based on my experience of two decades of dealing with both winnèrs and temporary losers in the game of life.
They are frightened. Their lives are dominated by fear. They see the world as a scary, threatening place and crave security, dullness, mediocrity. They long for every day to be the same as the last and become scared and upset if even a small change breaks the monotony of their days.
They completely lack visualization ability. If asked to visualize their future self, they would stare at you blankly. They are not pretending. They do not even understand what you mean by this exercise. If you force them to try, they’ll come back with nothing more than a shrug.
Assuming that you could drag some sort of dream out of them (for example wanting to be worth a million dollars some day) then they would be wholly incapable of working backwards from that point to the present, and suggesting actions they might have to take in order to make this come about. Again, they are not faking. There is now; there is the future; and in between, a yawning, fathomless chasm - a blank.
Even if you were to write the steps out, 1-100, with a check box next to each one, they absolutely lack the discipline even to start on the task, let alone complete the steps. At the first slight downfall, or negative comment from a friènd, they will give up. In any situation which requires a choice between working for a better future, and instant gratification now, they will unfailingly choose instant gratification.
But this is not you, hopefully. If you recognize yourself here, then don't worry because it is possible to change and get out of this 'stuck' pattern you are in.
You need to develop the habits of a winnèr. You want to enjoy today, but have an even better tomorrow waiting for you.
To do this you must model yourself on winnèrs - people who have achieved great things in their lives. I am talking here about 'winnèrs' and 'losers' but I do not mean the term 'loser' in the usual derogatory sense.
By a 'loser' I mean someone who, by their own definition of winn*ng and losing, is falling well short of where they want to be. By a 'winnèr' I mean someone who, by their own definition of winn*ng and losing, is pulling ahead of the game and achieving that which they set out to achieve.
This is how a winner operates:
1. They are brave. Like all human beings they feel fear, but have mastered it and are able to rise above it. Whilst they acknowledge that there are frightening people and places in the world, in general they view the world as a benevolent place, full of great opportunities and wonderful people. This is a vital principle. Winnèrs view the world as mainly benevolent with some bad bits. Losers see the world as mainly malevolent with some good bits.
2. They are good visualizers. They have the ability to imagine the future, often in glorious Technicolor detail. They have high self-esteem, and know that they are worth more than they have at present. Life to them is an exciting adventure to be lived to the full. In contrast, losers view life as a terrible chore to be somehow 'got through' with as little pain as possible.
3. They are intelligent, rational and logical. If they have a dream of the future, they know the secret technique for making this happen. Today's dreams are tomorrow's realities. They know that large projects cannot be tackled by finite human minds unless they are broken down into manageable, bite-sized pieces. They are able to work backwards from a future dream to the present day, and to lis*t the logical steps required to make that dream come true.
4. Having written down the steps required to achieve their goals, they know what is required next. Action. Up until this point, all of their plans amount to little more than ethereal hòt air. It is action which grounds the circuit and allows the current to flow. They know that the journey will be long and hard. Any worthwhile dream will involve hard work, concentrated effort and some suffering to attain. They need one more quality. Discipline. This keeps them going during setbacks, when the list seems too long, and when others heap mirth and derision upon their efforts.
Are you committed to win?
Commitment is what makes success possible. If you commit to do whatever it takes (as long as it is moral, legal and ethical) to succeed, success will reveal its secrets to you. There are four different levels of commitment; I'll try, I'll do my best, I'll do whatever it takes, and it's a done deal.
"I'll try" is completely worthless. When ever someone tells you they are going to try to do some thing, don't count on anything ever happening. People say "I'll try" when they are afraid to say "I won't." Tony Robbins says that "I'll try" is the battle cry of wimps. Whenever you say "I'll try ,"you have just guaranteed failure. Because saying "I'll try" is in effect saying, "If there are ANY obstacles, I'll have a way out and I'll be able to quit."
"I"ll do my best" is not much better than "I'll try." People that say "I'll do my best" are looking for away out. When they say they'll do their best, they're leaving a huge door open for excuses and justifications later. Remember when you asked your buddies to help you move to your first apartment? I know for sure that none of the ones who said "I'll try to be there" or "I'll do my best to be there," showed up.
Winners say, "I'll do whatever it takes." If you tell someone you'll do whatever it takes, you will produce or else you'll lose face.
Finally, the strongest level of commitment is when you say, "It's a done deal." When you say "It's a done deal," even losing face is not an option.
But you have to pay the price if you want to enjoy the prize. You have to commit to do things that are beyond your current abilities. That's the only way to grow. That's how you get better and stronger. So attack your fears head on. Otherwise, you will be their servant for the rest of your life.
Take a chance. Act on faith. Put yourself in a position where you have to stretch and fight for something. It brings out the best in you. It is good for your soul.

Boost Your Brain
If someone granted you one wish, what do you imagine you would want out of life that you haven't gotten yet? For many people, it would be self-improvement and knowledge.
New knowledge is the backbone of society's progress. Great thinkers such as Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Edison, Benjamin Franklin, Albert Einstein, and others' quests for knowledge have led society to many of the marvels we enjoy today.
Your quest for knowledge doesn't have to be as Earth-changing as Einstein's, but it can be an important part of your life, leading to a new job, better pay, a new hobby, or simply knowledge for knowledge's sake — whatever is important to you as an end goal.
Life-changing knowledge does typically require advanced learning techniques. In fact, it's been said that the average adult only uses 10% of his/her brain. Imagine what we may be capable of with more advanced learning techniques.
Health
1. Shake a leg. Lack of blood flow is a common reason for lack of concentration. If you've been sitting in one place for awhile, bounce one of your legs for a minute or two. It gets your blood flowing and sharpens both concentration and recall.
2. Food for thought: Eat breakfast. A lot of people skip breakfast, but creativity is often optimal in the early morning and it helps to have some protein in you to feed your brain. A lack of protein can actually cause headaches.
3. Food for thought, part 2: Eat a light lunch. Heavy lunches have a tendency to make people drowsy. While you could turn this to your advantage by taking a "thinking nap" (see #23), most people haven't learned how.
4. Cognitive enhancers: Ginkgo biloba. Ginkgo biloba is a natural supplement that has been used in China and other countries for centuries and has been reputed to reverse memory loss in rats. It's also suggested by some health practitioners as a nootrope and thus a memory enhancer.
5. Reduce stress + depresssion. Stress and depression may reduce the ability to recall information and thus inhibit learning. Sometimes, all you need to reduce depression is more white light and fewer refined foods.
Balance
6. Sleep on it. Dr. Maxwell Maltz wrote about in his book Psycho-Cybernetics about a man who was was paid good money to come up with ideas. He would lock his office door, close the blinds, turn off the lights. He'd focus on the problem at hand, then take a short nap on a couch. When he awoke, he usually had the problem solved.
7. Take a break. Change phyical or mental perspective to lighten the invisible stress that can sometimes occur when you sit in one place too long, focused on learning. Taking a 5-15 minute break every hour during study sessions is more beneficial than non-stop study. It gives your mind time to relax and absorb information. If you want to get really serious with breaks, try a 20 minute ultradian break as part of every 90 minute cycle. This includes a nap break, which is for a different purpose than #23.
8. Take a hike. Changing your perspective often relieves tension, thus freeing your creative mind. Taking a short walk around the neighborhood may help.
Perspective and Focus
9. Change your focus. Sometimes there simply isn't enough time to take a long break. If so, change subject focus. Alternate between technical and non-technical subjects.
10. Change your focus, part 2. There are three primary ways to learn: visual, kinesthetic, and auditory. If one isn't working for you, try another.
11. Do walking meditation. If you're taking a hike, go one step further and learn walking meditation as a way to tap into your inner resources and your strengthen your ability to focus. Just make sure you're not walking inadvertently into traffic.
12. Focus and immerse yourself. Focus on whatever you're studying. Don't try to watch TV at the same time or worry yourself about other things. Anxiety does not make for absorption of information and ideas.
13. Turn out the lights. This is a way to focus, if you are not into meditating. Sit in the dark, block out extraneous influences. This is ideal for learning kinesthetically, such as guitar chord changes.
14. Take a bath or shower. Both activities loosen you up, making your mind more receptive to recognizing brilliant ideas.
Recall Techniques
15. Listen to music. Researchers have long shown that certain types of music are a great "key" for recalling memories. Information learned while listening to a particular song or collection can often be recalled simply by "playing" the songs mentally.
16. Speedread. Some people believe that speed reading causes you to miss vital information. The fact remains that efficient speed reading results in filtering out irrelevant information. If necessary, you can always read and re-read at slower speeds. Slow reading actually hinders the ability to absorb general ideas. (Although technical subjects often requirer slower reading.) If you're reading online, you can try the free Spreeder Web-based application.
17. Use acronyms and other mnemonic devices. Mnemonics are essentially tricks for remembering information. Some tricks are so effective that proper application will let you recall loads of mundane information years later.
Visual Aids
18. Every picture tells a story. Draw or sketch whatever it is you are trying to achieve. Having a concrete goal in mind helps you progress towards that goal.
19. Brainmap it. Need to plan something? Brain maps, or mind maps, offer a compact way to get both an overview of a project as well as easily add details. With mind maps, you can see the relationships between disparate ideas and they can also act as a receptacle for a brainstorming session.
20. Learn symbolism and semiotics. Semiotics is the study of signs and symbols. Having an understanding of the symbols of a particular discipline aids in learning, and also allows you to record information more efficiently.
21. Use information design. When you record information that has an inherent structure, applying information design helps convey that information more clearly. A great resource is Information Aesthetics, which gives examples of information design and links to their sources.
22. Use visual learning techniques. Try gliffy for structured diagrams. Also see Inspiration.com for an explanation of webs, idea maps, concept maps, and plots.
23. Map your task flow. Learning often requires gaining knowledge in a specific sequence. Organizing your thoughts on what needs to be done is a powerful way to prepare yourself to complete tasks or learn new topics.
Verbal and Auditory Techniques
24. Stimulate ideas. Play rhyming games, utter nonsense words. These loosen you up, making you more receptive to learning.
25. Brainstorm. This is a time-honored technique that combines verbal activity, writing, and collaboration. (One person can brainstorm, but it's more effective in a group.) It's fruitful if you remember some simple rules: Firstly, don't shut anyone's idea out. Secondly, don't "edit" in progress; just record all ideas first, then dissect them later. Participating in brainstorming helps assess what you already know about something, and what you didn't know.
26. Learn by osmosis. Got an iPod? Record a few of your own podcasts, upload them to your iPod and sleep on it. Literally. Put it under your pillow and playback language lessons or whatever.
27. Cognitive enhancers: binaural beats. Binaural beats involve playing two close frequencies simultaneously to produce alpha, beta, delta, and theta waves, all of which produce either sleeping, restfulness, relaxation, meditativeness, alertness, or concentration. Binaural beats are used in conjunction with other excercises for a type of super-learning.
28. Laugh. Laughing relaxes the body. A relaxed body is more receptive to new ideas.
Kinesthetic Techniques
29. Write, don't type. While typing your notes into the computer is great for posterity, writing by hand stimulates ideas. The simple act of holding and using a pen or pencil massages acupuncture points in the hand, which in turn stimulates ideas.
30. Carry a quality notebook at all times. Samuel Taylor Coleridge dreamed the words of the poem "In Xanadu (did Kubla Khan)...". Upon awakening, he wrote down what he could recall, but was distracted by a visitor and promptly forgot the rest of the poem. Forever. If you've been doing "walking meditation" or any kind of meditation or productive napping, ideas may suddenly come to you. Record them immediately.
31. Keep a journal. This isn't exactly the same as a notebook. Journaling has to do with tracking experiences over time. If you add in visual details, charts, brainmaps, etc., you have a much more creative way to keep tabs on what you are learning.
32. Organize. Use sticky colored tabs to divide up a notebook or journal. They are a great way to partition ideas for easy referral.
33. Use post-it notes. Post-it notes provide a helpful way to record your thoughts about passages in books without defacing them with ink or pencil marks.
Self-Motivation Techniques
34. Give yourself credit. Ideas are actually a dime a dozen. If you learn to focus your mind on what results you want to achieve, you'll recognize the good ideas. Your mind will become a filter for them, which will motivate you to learn more.
35. Motivate yourself. Why do you want to learn something? What do want to achieve through learning? If you don't know why you want to learn, then distractions will be far more enticing.
36. Set a goal. W. Clement Stone once said "Whatever the mind of man can conceive, it can achieve." It's an amazing phenomenon in goal achievement. Prepare yourself by whatever means necessary, and hurdles will seem surmountable. Anyone who has experienced this phenomenon understands its validity. [Related Article: How to Write Your Goals]
37. Think positive. There's no point in setting learning goals for yourself if you don't have any faith in your ability to learn.
38. Organize, part 2. Learning is only one facet of the average adult's daily life. You need to organize your time and tasks else you might find it difficult to fit time in for learning. Try Neptune for a browser-based application for "getting things done."
39. Every skill is learned. With the exception of bodily functions, every skill in life is learned. Generally speaking, if one person can learn something, so can you. It may take you more effort, but if you've set a believable goal, it's likely an achievable goal.
40. Prepare yourself for learning. Thinking positive isn't sufficient for successfully achieving goals. This is especially important if you are an adult, as you'll probably have many distractions surrounding your daily life. Implement ways to reduce distractions, at least for a few hours at a time, else learning will become a frustrating experience.
41. Prepare yourself, part 2. Human nature is such that not everyone in your life will be a well-wisher in your self-improvement and learning plans. They may intentionally or subconsciously distract you from your goal. If you have classes to attend after work, make sure that work colleagues know this, that you are unable to work late. Diplomacy works best if you think your boss is intentionally giving you work on the days he/she knows you have to leave. Reschedule lectures to a later time slot if possible/ necessary.
42. Constrain yourself. Most people need structure in their lives. Freedom is sometimes a scary thing. It's like chaos. But even chaos has order within. By constraining yourself — say giving yourself deadlines, limiting your time on an idea in some manner, or limiting the tools you are working with — you can often accomplish more in less time.
Supplemental Techniques
43. Read as much as you can. How much more obvious can it get? Use Spreeder if you have to. Get a breadth of topics as well as depth.
44. Cross-pollinate your interests. Neurons that connect to existing neurons give you new perspectives and abilities to use additional knowledge in new ways.
45. Learn another language. New perspectives give you the ability to cross-pollinate cultural concepts and come up with new ideas. As well, sometimes reading a book in its original language will provide you with insights lost in translation.
46. Learn how to learn. Management Help has a resource page, as does SIAST (Virtual Campus), which links to articles about learning methods. They are geared towards online learning, but no doubt you gain something from them for any type of learning. If you are serious about optimum learning, read Headrush's Crash course in learning theory.
47. Learn what you know and what you don't. Many people might say, "I'm dumb," or "I don't know anything about that." The fact is, many people are wholly unaware of what they already know about a topic. If you want to learn about a topic, you need to determine what you already know, figure out what you don't know, and then learn the latter.
48. Multi-task through background processes. Effective multi-tasking allows you to bootstrap limited time to accomplish several tasks. Learning can be bootstrapped through multi-tasking, too. By effective multitasking, I don't mean doing two or more things at exactly the same time. It's not possible. However, you can achieve the semblance of effective multitasking with the right approach, and by prepping your mind for it. For example, a successful freelance writer learns to manage several articles at the same time. Research the first essay, and then let the background processes of your mind takeover. Move on consciously to the second essay. While researching the second essay, the first one will often "write itself." Be prepared to record it when it "appears" to you.
49. Think holistically. Holistic thinking might be the single most "advanced" learning technique that would help students. But it's a mindset rather than a single technique.
50. Use the right type of repetition. Complex concepts often require revisting in order to be fully absorbed. Sometimes, for some people, it may actually take months or years. Repetition of concepts and theory with various concrete examples improves absorption and speeds up learning.
51. Apply the Quantum Learning (QL) model. The Quantum Learning model is being applied in some US schools and goes beyond typical education methods to engage students.
52. Get necessary tools. There are obviously all kinds of tools for learning. If you are learning online like a growing number of people these days, then consider your online tools. One of the best tools for online research is the Firefox web browser, which has loads of extensions (add-ons) with all manner of useful features. One is Googlepedia, which simultaneously displays Google search engine listings, when you search for a term, with related entries from Wikipedia.
53. Get necessary tools, part 2. This is a very niche tip, but if you want to learn fast-track methods for building software, read Getting Real from 37 Signals. The Web page version is free. The techniques in the book have been used to create Basecamp, Campfire, and Backpack web applications in a short time frame. Each of these applications support collaboration and organization.
54. Learn critical thinking. As Keegan-Michael Key's character on MadTV might say, critical thinking takes analysis to "a whole notha level". Read Wikipedia's discourse on critical thinking as a starting point. It involves good analytical skills to aid the ability to learn selectively.
55. Learn complex problem solving. For most people, life is a series of problems to be solved. Learning is part of the process. If you have a complex problem, you need to learn the art of complex problem solving.
For Teachers, Tutors, and Parents
56. Be engaging. Lectures are one-sided and often counter-productive. Information merely heard or witnessed (from a chalkboard for instance) is often forgotten. Teaching is not simply talking. Talking isn't enough. Ask students questions, present scenarios, engage them.
57. Use information pyramids. Learning happens in layers. Build base knowledge upon which you can add advanced concepts.
58. Use video games. Video games get a bad rap because of certain violent games. But video games in general can often be an effective aid to learning.
59. Role play. Younger people often learn better by being part of a learning experience. For example, history is easier to absorb through reenactments.
60. Apply the 80/20 rule. This rule is often interpreted in dfferent ways. In this case, the 80/20 rule means that some concepts, say about 20% of a curriculum, require more effort and time, say about 80%, than others. So be prepared to expand on complex topics.
61. Tell stories. Venus Flytrap, a character from the sitcom WKRP in Cincinnati, once taught a student gang member about atoms, electrons, and protons by saying that an atom was one big neighborhood, and the protons and neutrons had their own smaller neighborhoods and never mixed. Just like rival gangs. The story worked, and understanding sparked in the students eyes.
62. Go beyond the public school curriculum. The public school system is woefully lacking in teaching advanced learning and brainstorming methods. It's not that the methods cannot be taught; they just aren't. To learn more, you have to pay a premium in additional time and effort, and sometimes money for commercially available learning tools. There's nothing wrong with that in itself, but what is taught in schools needs to be expanded. This article's author has proven that a nine-year old can learn (some) university level math, if the learning is approached correctly.
63. Use applied learning. If a high school student were having trouble in math, say with fractions, one example of applied learning might be photography, lenses, f-stops, etc. Another example is cooking and measurement of ingredients. Tailor the applied learning to the interest of the student.
For Students and Self-Studiers
64. Be engaged. Surprise. Sometimes students are bored because they know more than is being taught, maybe even more than a teacher. (Hopefully teachers will assess what each student already knows.) Students should discuss with a teacher if they feel that the material being covered is not challenging. Also consider asking for additional materials.
65. Teach yourself. Teachers cannot always change their curricula. If you're not being challenged, challenge yourself. Some countries still apply country-wide exams for all students. If your lecturer didn't cover a topic, you should learn it on your own. Don't wait for someone to teach you. Lectures are most effective when you've pre-introduced yourself to concepts.
66. Collaborate. If studying by yourself isn't working, maybe a study group will help.
67. Do unto others: teach something. The best way to learn something better is to teach it to someone else. It forces you to learn, if you are motivated enough to share your knowledge.
68. Write about it. An effective way to "teach" something is to create an FAQ or a wiki containing everything you know about a topic. Or blog about the topic. Doing so helps you to realize what you know and more importantly what you don't. You don't even have to spend money if you grab a freebie account with Typepad, Wordpress, or Blogger.
69. Learn by experience. Pretty obvious, right? It means put in the necessary time. An expert is often defined as someone who has put in 10,000 hours into some experience or endeavor. That's approximately 5 years of 40 hours per week, every week. Are you an expert without realizing it? If you're not, do you have the dedication to be an expert?
70. Quiz yourself. Testing what you've learned will reinforce the information. Flash cards are one of the best ways, and are not just for kids.
71. Learn the right things first. Learn the basics. Case in point: a frustrating way to learn a new language is to learn grammar and spelling and sentence constructs first. This is not the way a baby learns a language, and there's no reason why an adult or young adult has to start differently, despite "expert" opinion. Try for yourself and see the difference.
72. Plan your learning. If you have a long-term plan to learn something, then to quote Led Zeppelin, "There are two paths you can go by." You can take a haphazard approach to learning, or you can put in a bit of planning and find an optimum path. Plan your time and balance your learning and living.
Parting Advice
73. Persist. Don't give up learning in the face of intimdating tasks. Anything one human being can learn, most others can as well. Wasn't it Einstein that said, "Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration"? Thomas Edison said it, too.
74. Defy the experts. Dyslexia, in a nutshell, is the affliction of mentally jumbling letters and digits, causing difficulties in reading, writing and thus learning. Sometimes spoken words or numbers get mixed up as well. In the past, "experts" declared dyslexic children stupid. Later, they said they were incapable of learning. This author has interacted with and taught dyslexic teens. It's possible. Helen Keller had no experience of sight, sound, or speech, and yet she learned. Conclusion: There is more than one way to learn; never believe you cannot.
75. Challenge yourself. People are often more intelligent than they realize. In a world that compartmentalizes and categorizes everything, not everyone is sure where they fit in. And genius can be found in many walks of life. If you honestly suspect that there's more to you than has been "allowed" to be let out, try an IQ test such as the one offered by MENSA. It's unlike the standardized IQ tests given in many schools. You know the kind — the ones which traumatize many young students into thinking they are stupid, simply because the tests don't really assess all student's knowledge and learning ability. And the ability to learn is far, far more important than what you already know.
76. Party before an exam. Well, don't go that far. The key is to relax. The worse thing to do is cram the night before an exam. If you don't already know a subject by then, cramming isn't going to help. If you have studied, simply review the topic, then go do something pleasant (no more studying). Doing so tells your brain that you are prepared and that you will be able to recall anything that you have already learned. On the other hand, if you didn't spend the semester learning the ideas you need, you might as well go party anyways because cramming at the last minute isn't going to help much at that point.

Which is the best computer in the world? You don’t know??? You own it. It’s your neck-top computer!!!! It has a capacity of 80 Mn GB. Eienstien had used about 13% of his brain and he became a GENIUS. People like you and me use Max about 4%. Isn’t it a shame . Just imagine if we increase it’s use by even 0.1% per day I am sure we can create a few records.
GENIUS- Everybody has heard of it. But what is it actually?
The brain is divided into three parts- the “CORE” or the sub-conscious mind, the “left hemisphere” and the “ right hemisphere”. The “idiot” left hemisphere which controls logic and reasoning. It also has strictly limited ability but provides the “programming” for the “core” which does what needs to be done. Of the million bits of information available at any given time the “idiot” left hemisphere ( which is normally in charge) can handle around 16 bits, the core can handle the lot. Hence what we do well we do sub-consciously because the left hemisphere has trained the powerful core to the job.
So the left hemisphere is “in charge” and here rests the ego which is filled with filled with fear- primarily the fear that it may become redundant. So it is always worrying, on the basis that if there is something to worry about it is still needed- illusory thought it may be.
Right Hemisphere- Home of the four Is. Inspiration, Intuition, Imagination and Insight.
However, in recent years science has proven that our mind's memory facilities are totally visual. This visual aspect of the brain is controlled by our right-side, which governs our emotions and visualization ability. It also controls our daydreams and artistic sensibility.

When we operate from the Right Hemisphere we are GENIUS.
The brain operates in various frequencies
Beta (13 Hz - 38 Hz) is the state of normal, wakeful consciousness that you spend most of your day in. As you are working, driving, talking, multi-tasking, etc., you are usually in Beta. High Beta activity is sometimes associated with anxiety, panic and stress. Low Beta is called SMR, or Sensorimotor Rhythm.
Alpha (8 Hz - 12 Hz) is a state of light relaxation, typified by a calm, focused mind. You are in Alpha state just before falling asleep, just after waking up, and during the average meditation session. Alpha is sometimes called the "super learning state" because the brain seems to be more receptive and open to new information.
Theta (4 Hz - 7 Hz) is a state of deep relaxation or light sleep. Dreams, hypnosis, accelerated learning, spiritual experiences and deep meditation are often associated with Theta.
Delta (0.5 Hz - 3 Hz) is the slowest of the brainwave patterns, and can be a state of deep, dreamless sleep, or trance-like consciousness. The body heals itself most effectively in this state, and it’s associated with coma states or near-death experience. Maintaining awareness in Delta is very difficult, but has been known to open a path to the unconscious. ute and repeat it for another three times. Total exercise time 02 minutes.
Beta state is what we need to perform to the best of our ability while we’re awake. Beta state will improve our mental abilities, focus, concentration, attentiveness, reasoning, critical thinking, and even our IQ. It’s also beneficial to people with ADD, ADHD, depression or insomnia. If you’re looking to increase your ability to memorize, plan, schedule, organize, or think critically.However, if you’re spending too much time in Beta, you’ll probably be anxious, stressed or tense. That’s when it’s time to slow things down into Alpha state.
Alpha state is where you’re relaxed, open to self-suggestion, and able to move into a highly creative state, but you’re not processing much information (such as when you’re daydreaming). However, this is one of the best states to learn or memorize in, since the information you do take in goes straight into the subconscious mind. So slowing the brain down from Beta into Alpha may help you prepare for a test, while getting back into Beta will help you to actually write the test. So if you’re trying to meditate or teach yourself something on the subconscious level, Alpha brainwave entrainment will take you there. Ready to take meditation and relaxation to the next level? Okay, we’re actually going down to the next level, in terms of frequency, but up to the next level in terms of results. As a result, our most powerful manifestations are created when we’re in anything but Beta state.
So how do you turn it off when your mind keeps racing faster than a thoroughbred, even as you try to go deep? How do you turn it off when you hear kids screaming, phones ringing, and televisions blaring

Also your mood influences others. Mood infection is quicker and deadlier than any virus. It has killed more people than any other form of disease and is the root of all the misery.
Try it, just decide to be happy one day and you’ll find every body else is responding. You will be able to do your work better, have more energy and through out the day you will have more and more reasons to be happy. Your meetings will go off smoothly, your sales will improve, your boss your employees and your customers will be more happy and cooperative with you. In short the whole universe will conspire to give you more chances to be happy.
Body Beautiful
Imagine we are told very early, that we have to maintain the same vehicle through-out our life. We cannot even replace the parts. How will we treat it? Will we be careful driving it ? Get it checked and serviced regularly? Fill top grade gas and oil and everything necessary to keep it in a beautiful condition?
Body is called the temple of the Soul. The only vehicle we have to travel and enjoy Life’s journey. Wish we were as concerned about it as our own car.
The body has 100 000 billion cells, which have grown from one single cell. Isn’t that a miracle? It also a miracle that they survive in spite of all the neglect till they say enough is enough.
It is also a fact that the body renews itself almost every three months. If we pay attention we can not only live a healthy life but also stop aging and if we try harder we can reverse aging. Without going into too much of mysticism, it is normal for a human body to live healthy up to 130 years. Anything less is SUICIDE.
Our body is like a small child craving for attention- tender, loving care. Normally it doesn’t demand anything extra but the moment we neglect it, it cries for attention.
Two minutes Exercises to get you in Perfect Health
For Stamina and Strengthening the Heart.
Do cycling or spot running for 30 secs at your fastest speed, rest for 1 minute and repeat it for another three times. Total exercise time 02 minutes.
For Abdomen
Sit on your knees and hands. Exhale completely and tuck your stomach for 30 secs, rest for 1 minute and repeat it for another three times. Total exercise time 02 minutes.
For the whole body
Stand with your legs apart at shoulder width. Fold your hands in a Namaste pose. Bend your knees slightly. Touch your tongue to the upper palate and breathe through your nose, meditating on a point four inches above navel. Holding the breath for 30 secs, pointing your fingers downwards ,press your palms against each other and let them go as down as possible.
Do the same with fingers and palms going upwards and forward
